Extreme shock and cardiac arrest in COVID patient

This is a 30-something healthy patient presented with COVID pneumonia who presented to the ED. of Cardiology AC, Others. He became pulseless on more than 1 occasion ( presumably in EMD ) — but responded to resuscitation + treatment with pressors, by regaining a pulse with a spontaneous rhythm. He was moderately hypoxic.
