I recerted CPR, ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) and PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) late in December. For all the fancy changes over the year, the bottom line has always been to provide good CPR compressions and timely defibrillation. Pediatric defibrillation doses should be 2j/kg, 4j/kg.
