Two paramedics are in the rear of the ambulance managing resuscitation (another crew had arrived and provided support with a driver).

In this call, paramedics arrived on scene to find a patient apneic and pulseless with CPR in progress by first responders (AED had an unknown unshockable rhythm). The paramedics initially set the current at 60mA.
