The Accu-Chek was 214, and there was no response to empiric Narcan administration. Advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) had been initiated and on arrival at the ED, the patient was found to have Pulseless Electrical Activity (PEA). Time was of the essence, the patient was intubated, ACLS measures were continued, and POCUS was performed.
