Extreme shock and cardiac arrest in COVID patient

This is a 30-something healthy patient presented with COVID pneumonia who presented to the ED. And so it is wise to look at the coronary arteries. This ECG certainly looks like myocarditis, and was due to myocarditis, but missing acute coronary occlusion is not acceptable. He was moderately hypoxic. Angiogram was negative.
