I was an EMT-B in southeastern Pennsylvania for 10 years before starting my emergency medicine residency so I know how tough your jobs are on a daily basis. Nothing happens, no one dies and no one needs naloxone. He felt tired and then a few minutes later loaded himself up with naltrexone which is a long acting version of naloxone.
